Corporate Identity

For this assignment we were to make a logo for a company. We were allowed to either choose a company or just make our own. I decided to make my own company. The name of my business is Bee's and Butterflies flower shop. My logo has lots of flowers and colour. It has Bumblebee's and Butterflies. I had to make three different logo's for the same company. The three logos all have flowers or are flowers. One is a circle and the other one is a square. The third one is actually a flower. It was allowed to be made in colour.

Monogram

For this assignment we were to make a monogram. We were allowed to make it on anything so I chose to make my name. I used a really fancy font and my two favourite colours: Green and Blue. I like that I was able to make this because I got to use my favourite colours and my name.

Lettermark

For this assignment we were to make five Lettermarks. We had a choice of businesses that we wanted to do. The purpose of this assignment was to make a design in the letter. I chose to do:

~Ace (playing cards)

~Anne's (candle shop)

~Smith's (mitt's)

Farm Logo

For this assignment we had to design a farm logo. We got to choose from a bunch of different farm names and we had to make a logo for the said farm. I chose to do Sunset Valley Farms. The logo has a little house and a huge sun setting in the background. The house looks very friendly and inviting with smoke coming out of the chimney and a soft glow in the windows.

FG Letter

For this Assignment we were supposed to make a Figure Ground Symbol. I chose to do my Initials. We had to do a black and white as well as a colour. For the Colour I chose to do Blue and Green.

Canadian Flag!

For this assignment we were to change the flag to bring some sort of issue across. it was allowed to be funny or serious.
I chose to do mine on the current election. It questions the trustworthiness of the leaders and whether or not they care about average Canadians.
It is sort of making fun of the leaders and their attack ads and how they are beating the issues for commercial time. How the leaders are so focused on the other guy looking bad that they don't even care about telling people about their own platform!

Stamp Assignment

For this Assignment we had to make a Canadian $1.00 Stamp. We had to choose between 3 Themes. The themes were Sports, Culture, and Wildlife. I chose to do wildlife. For my Stamp, I did a polar bear walking around just as the sun is rising over the Mountians. It is a really cool picture.

Book Cover

For this assignment we had to take a book that we read and change the cover from the original. I chose to do HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS. what I did with the cover is I made the deathly hallows symbol and left it on a black background. I like it because it is really simple but very powerful.

4 Seasons

For this assignment we had to make 4 scenes, each depicting a different season. The four seasons obviously are Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall.

~For winter I did a snowman at the bottom of a hill with the sun setting and the sky looking like it could snow. There is also a nice pine tree.

~For spring I made a tree with new green leaves and flowers. They sun looks really nice behind the clouds and the grass is really green and new and fresh looking.

~For summer I made a beach picture with a bucket that has a couple shovels in it.

~For fall, I made another tree but this one has different brightly coloured leaves and a tire swing. The grass isn't as green and their is a pile of leaves. It is a very nice fall picture.

Blog Title Design

As you can see I have made my design to replace my existing blog Title. I made it so it has stars and swirls which are really cool and it has colours that I like and I think really work together.

Newspaper Ad

For my newspaper ad I chose to make it for Eggo's Waffles and Mothers Day. It has lots of flowers and a breakfast in bed. They are going to feed their mother waffles.

Poem

For this assignment we were given the poem and we had to change it. I hope that it affects you the way I intended for it to happen. This poem is a very sad poem about how a girl goes to a party and doesn't drink just to be killed by a crazy drunk driver.

For this assignment we were supposed to create 10 words using word. We were not allowed to change the word so it was really interesting. The words I chose to do were:
